Online E-Gift Card Policy

The use of a Massage Envy online e-gift card constitutes the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards are delivered in a downloadable and printable electronic format (PDF) and will be activated within one (1) business day after purchase. You will be notified via email once your card has been activated.
MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, cannot be exchanged for a gift card in any Massage Envy franchised location, and cannot be applied to any order containing another gift card.
Each MassageEnvy.com online e-gift card requires a $50 minimum opening balance and cannot exceed $500.
MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards are redeemable when presented at any Massage Envy franchised location in the United States.
MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards may be used to redeem for services, Wellness Agreement purchases, retail, tax, and gratuities at any Massage Envy franchised location.
MassageEnvy.com online e-gift cards are not redeemable or refundable for cash except where required by law.
Neither ME SPE Franchising, LLC, its affiliates, nor any of the independently owned and operated Massage Envy franchised locations are responsible for lost, stolen or unauthorized use of online e-gift cards.
Lost or stolen e-gift cards may be eligible for an account adjustment for any remaining balance upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is void if altered or defaced.
