App could be much better. The booking function is super clunky, forces you to pass through multiple pages of extras I never want, and the pick a date and time page is so slow to load the results. On top of that, its impossible to manage past masseuses in order to track who is good and capable, and who's not. The favorite option is limited. So many other areas of lacking as well. App hasn't changed or been upgraded in years...it's about F'n time!

It doesn't do the basic functions it was meant to. My membership doesn't link so I cannot see/book/cancel appts. On top of that, it will let you go all the way through booking an appt but once you go to enter your payment info it says, Ooops were having trouble with your account. *Update* I have found you have to go to the website and register your email then clear the cache/storage and sign in again. After that the app works as expected and I booked my first appt through it.

The app really isn't helpful in serving the purpose that most would want the app for. You can't link your membership or view your credits. You can't modify or cancel appointments. You cant change your home location or put your membership on pause or transfer a credit to someone else. Basically, you can search for appointments at local locations and book what's available, which is nice, but there is so much more that I expected out of the app that could make the member's experience better.
