Gift Card Policy

The use of a Massage Envy gift card constitutes the acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

  • Massage Envy gift cards are redeemable when presented at any Massage Envy franchised location in the United States.
  • Massage Envy gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, cannot be exchanged for a gift card in any Massage Envy franchised location, and cannot be applied to any order containing another gift card.
  • Massage Envy gift cards may be used to redeem for services, Wellness Agreement purchases, retail, tax, and gratuities at any Massage Envy franchised location.  A Massage Envy gift card is not a credit/debit card and is not redeemable or refundable for cash or credit except where required by law.
  • Neither ME SPE Franchising, LLC, its affiliates, nor any of the independently owned and operated Massage Envy franchised locations are responsible for any unauthorized use of a Massage Envy gift card.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards may be eligible for an account adjustment for any remaining balance upon presentation of a valid proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is void if altered or defaced.
  • To obtain your gift card balance, you may visit any Massage Envy location near you. To find the closest location, visit MassageEnvy.com.
  • Massage Envy gift cards do not have an expiration date, inactivity fees, or other post-purchase fees.
