Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Provide Personalized Service – Understand clients' concerns and match them with the best therapist or esthetician for their needs.
• Manage Clinic Flow – Greet guests, schedule appointments, and assist with phone calls and emails.
• Promote Total Body Care – Educate guests on the benefits of massage, skincare, and self-care products.
• Client Retention and Growth – Engage with clients in person and through follow-ups to encourage ongoing wellness.
