Massage Envy Promotes Andrea McCauley to Chief Revenue Officer

The newly formed position will be responsible for driving growth across marketing, innovation and strategic planning

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – (February 19, 2025) Massage Envy, the nation’s No. 1 provider of massage in the U.S. collectively across its franchise network and a national leader in skin care, today announced the promotion of Andrea McCauley to chief revenue officer. In this newly formed role, McCauley will be dedicated to driving strategic brand growth focused on supporting franchisees’ new customer acquisition and retention, service innovation and retail products, and marketing initiatives.

McCauley, who has been with Massage Envy Franchising since 2018, most recently served as the senior vice president of marketing, where she led consumer, digital, employee, omnichannel and local marketing, analytics, public relations, and corporate social responsibility efforts. Prior to that she held various senior roles in marketing and customer experience.

McCauley will now lead the innovation and retail service team and is responsible for driving growth and revenue for the organization. She will continue to oversee marketing, including employee brand and consumer brand marketing.   

A retail industry veteran, McCauley held public relations roles at Target Corporation and RadioShack prior to joining Massage Envy. She was also the head of content marketing at Dallas-based marketing agency Tandem Theory, where she directed initiatives for national retail and multi-unit brands including Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., At Home Group Inc., and Smoothie King.
