Andrea McCauley

Chief Revenue Officer, Andrea McCauley, oversees consumer and employee brand marketing as well as innovation and retail services. She is dedicated to driving strategic brand growth focused on supporting marketing, franchisees’ new customer acquisition and retention, service innovation and retail products.

McCauley, who has been with Massage Envy Franchising since 2018, most recently served as the senior vice president of marketing, where she led consumer, digital, employee, omnichannel and local marketing, analytics, public relations, and corporate social responsibility efforts. Prior to that she held various senior roles in marketing and customer experience.
